What is Silvera made from?

Our Silvera Original Anti-Acne Silk Pillowcase™ and Silk Eye Mask are made from 22 Momme 100% Mulberry Silk (6A, the highest possible grading). Our Silvera Original Anti-Acne Bamboo Pillowcase™ is vegan friendly and is made from 400TC Bamboo Lyocell. Both fabrics are treated with anti-bacterial silver ions, reducing bacteria by 99.97%.

What makes Silvera different from other Silk brands?

Can silver be harmful to me or the environment?

No, our silver ion treatment has no short or long-term harmful effects on either you or the environment.

Is it ethically made and not tested on animals?

Yes, all our products are ethically made (Oeko-Tex® certified) and are not tested on animals.

Is it hypoallergenic?

Yep, Silvera is hypoallergenic and made for sensitive skin.

Is it safe during pregnancy?

Our silver ion treatment is completely safe as its topical and not ingested. Our fabrics have also been independently tested by certified labs for safety and efficacy.

How long does the silver treatment last?

The treatment will be maximally effective (killing 99%+ bacteria) for at least 3 months, after which there will be a gradual decline.

How big is the pillowcase?

SHIPPING

Will I get a tracking number after making an order?

Yes! all orders will include a tracking number. It will automatically be sent to your email.

If you received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, it means that your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers can take 1-4 business days to update depending on the shipping carrier. This is usually due to our high volume of orders.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number and a link to track the order.

My package is missing. Can you help?

Please contact us if you have not received your delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

I'd like a refund. How can I get one?

Can I exchange my item?

Can you help with a damaged product?

If you believe that the item was damaged in shipping, we require you to contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you quickly resolve this. Send an email to hello@mysilvera.com

What payment options do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay

We don’t accept checks or money orders, but you can purchase through Paypal if you’re concerned about entering your credit card information online. Simply click the “Paypal” button in the shopping cart.

What steps does Silvera take to prevent credit card fraud?

We have multiple security processes in place. For one, we will never save your credit card information at Silvera. This remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. Also, all transactions are processed through secure forms of payment which are used by millions of people daily and are heavily encrypted by third party-payment processors.

In addition to processing all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor, your checkout experience is protected by industry standard 128 Bit SSL encryption to protect your private data.

Our trusted online payment partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team. When our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder.

I have not received my refund back yet, how long will this take?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us and we will look into this for you.

What currency will be used when I place my order?

All prices listed on the website are in the currency that you choose. However, all final checkouts are in US dollars. For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. The amount taken from the original funding source is returned in full when refunded by the seller. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations.

Washing & Care

Do I need to wash the pillowcase before first use?

No, this is not necessary. Your first wash should be 10-14 days after use as silver keeps it cleaner for longer.

How do I wash it & how often?

· Machine delicate wash or hand wash (cold setting)

· Use pH neutral detergent

· Do not bleach, tumble dry or dry clean (no trichloroethylene)

· Iron low heat

It is recommended to wash your pillowcase every 10-14 days.

What skincare/acne products should I avoid?

To maintain the effectiveness of the pillowcase, we recommend avoiding any products that contain the following ingredients:

· Benzoyl peroxide

· Alpha hydroxy acids

· Chlorine bleach
